ok so, firstly i have the movie archiver idea.
1. basically it scans our comps and finds the mov files then compiles them into a databse which can be displayed on the intrablag in multiple formats i.e. alphabetically, by genre, watched recently, that sort of thing. this also leaves it open to trawl imdb or something [...]

Could some nodes contain small games ala globalcombat, Im sure there are heaps of such games available for free online.
Game nodes are free floating and not connected to anything by default,  when 2 or more people connect their home node to a game node, the game starts.
